The STRUCTURA Standard for Subcontractors & Trades

Let’s get one thing straight: We don’t enforce Health & Safety just to tick a box for some clipboard-wielding inspector, and we certainly don’t do it to slow down your day.

We do it because construction is inherently dangerous, and our absolute baseline requirement is that every single person who walks onto a STRUCTURA site on Monday morning walks off it safely on Friday afternoon.

If you are a subcontractor working with us, here is how we operate. No faff, no exceptions:

1. The Gear is Non-Negotiable Hard hats, steel toe-caps, and hi-vis, glasses and gloves are the minimum cover charge to get through the site gates. We don't care if you're just "popping in to measure up." No gear, no entry.

2. A Tidy Site is a Fast Site We run different sites. That means appropriate waste is Recycled and Inert rubbish goes in the skip, cables are secured, and walkways are clear. If we spend an hour cleaning up your mess so the next trade can get in, it comes off your invoice. Treat the site with respect, and the job flows perfectly.

3. Paperwork Before Footwork Do not hand us a crumpled piece of paper out the window of your van on a Monday morning. All Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Public Liability Insurance must be uploaded to the C.A.L.C. Terminal below before you commence work.
