THE ROAD AHEAD: NO BRAKES, NO COMPROMISE.
It’s been a phenomenal year—capped off by our recent nominations at the UK Enterprise Awards—but we aren't the type to sit around patting ourselves on the back. The STRUCTURA machine is gearing up for a massive expansion. Right now, we have multiple large-scale commercial tenders in play, alongside some incredibly exciting heritage and restoration projects that are priced, submitted, and ready to roll.
We’re forging strategic partnerships with heavy-hitting new commercial clients, and we’re currently in talks with Build Salford to launch an apprenticeship pipeline, giving proper, hands-on site experience back to the local community. Oh, and keep an eye on the boardroom... there might just be a cheeky new Director (or two) joining the ranks very soon to help steer the ship. The list goes on, but the mission remains the same: we are growing, we are scaling, and we are just getting started.
THE STRUCTURA RADAR
We don't stand still. From boardroom shake-ups and national award nominations to strategic community partnerships, here is what is driving the STRUCTURA machine forward this year.
CLASSIFIED:
NEW DIRECTOR INCOMING
Our digital mastermind, C.A.L.C., is currently rolling out the red carpet for a massive new addition to the STRUCTURA boardroom. We are keeping the identity strictly under wraps until the ink is dry at Companies House, but let’s just say we are bringing in some serious, heavy-hitting industry expertise to help steer the ship. Watch this space.
BUILDING THE NEXT:
GENERATION OF TRADES
We aren’t just building properties; we are building the future of the North West. Through our Trade Partnerships with local SME's and our future placements with BuildSalford, we are launching work experience and apprenticeship pipelines to put proper, hands-on trade skills back into the local community.
UK ENTERPRISE AWARDS
2026
We don’t do it for the trophies, but the recognition definitely doesn't hurt. STRUCTURA has been officially nominated at the UK Enterprise Awards. It is a massive testament to our team’s relentless drive and proof that we are setting the ultimate standard in commercial, domestic, and heritage construction.

A word from STRUCTURA: THE NEXT CHAPTER
Here at STRUCTURA we aren't slowing down. It’s been a massive year for us. Capping it off with a nomination at the UK Enterprise Awards is brilliant, and it’s a testament to the lads on site and the team in the office. But we aren’t the type to sit around staring at trophies. We are gearing up for the biggest expansion in our history.
If you are a client, a contractor, or part of the local community, here is exactly what is coming next.
The Boardroom is Growing If you’ve seen our mascot, C.A.L.C., rolling out the red carpet, there is a good reason for it. We have a massive new addition joining the STRUCTURA boardroom. We're keeping the name strictly off the radar until the ink is dry at Companies House, but let’s just say we are bringing in some serious, heavy-hitting industry expertise to help steer the ship. Watch this space.
Scaling the Network We are currently managing multiple large-scale commercial tenders and pricing some incredible heritage and restoration projects. Because of that, we are methodically expanding our elite network of premium sub-contractors. We are also opening the doors to British and overseas developers who need a Principal Contractor in the North West that operates with zero compromise. If you work to the STRUCTURA Standard, we want you on board.
Decarbonising the Site Construction is a dirty game, but we are cleaning it up. We are actively hunting down Eco Grants with one clear goal: to transition our logistics and heavy plant operations into a green, sustainable fleet. It’s not just about ticking a corporate box; it’s about future-proofing the business and doing things right.
Building the Next Generation We are sick of seeing the skills gap widen. Through our upcoming placements with BuildSalford, we are taking action. We are exploring funding to launch our ‘CV Builder’ program—offering real-world work experience, apprenticeships, and guaranteed employment for local residents. We don't just want cheap labourers; we are training the next generation of North West tradesmen, Foremen & Site Managers.
The 'Boots for Yoots' Initiative You can't train the next generation if they can't afford to step on site. It costs nearly £250 in basic PPE and CSCS testing just to walk through the gates legally—a massive barrier for disadvantaged youth across Greater Manchester and Salford. That is why we’ve launched the Boots for Yoots initiative. We are acting as a zero-profit supply line, taking your surplus, brand-new PPE and putting it directly onto the feet of the lads and lasses who need it. No corporate fluff, no cash handling, just gear. Check out the live 2026 site audit on our webpage and help us hit our target.
Backing the Grassroots Finally, we don't just build in the community; we back it. We are currently actively scouting for local grassroots sports teams, good causes, and community projects to sponsor and support. If you are driving positive change in our region and need a powerhouse partner in your corner, get in touch.
We are growing, we are scaling, and we are just getting started. Join us on our journey.
We're doing our bit. Are you doing yours?
Gary,
The STRUCTURA Team
Next year?...
Well, you'll just have to wait and see won't you...
